At Cozy Cabin Cleaners, our pricing depends on a few factors, like the size of your home or office and the specific tasks you’d like us to handle. We’ll always give you a fair and transparent quote based on your unique needs.
Will I Have the Same Cleaning Team Each Time?
We get that it’s important to have cleaners you trust taking care of your home. We do our best to assign the same team to each of our valued clients. If your regular cleaner is ever unavailable, don’t worry! We keep a detailed Client Profile just for you, so any of our cleaning professionals can step in and provide the same top-quality service you’re used to.
What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?
To make things easy for you, we accept a variety of payment options! You can pay with cash, e-transfer, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, or Amex — whatever works best for you.
What Happens If I Need to Reschedule or Cancel My Cleaning Appointment?
We totally understand that life can throw unexpected curveballs, and plans might need to change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, we just ask that you give us 48 hours' notice. This gives us the chance to try to fill your regular timeslot and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Do You Offer Extreme Cleaning for Hoarding or Post-Hoarding Situations?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer extreme cleaning services. These situations require specialized products and safety procedures to handle significant buildup and potential biohazards. For this type of cleaning, we recommend seeking a professional extreme cleaning service that specializes in hoarding or post-hoarding situations.
What Happens If I’m Not Completely Satisfied with My Cleaning? Do You Offer a Warranty?
Your happiness is our top priority! We’re committed to wowing you with every cleaning we do. If for any reason you’re not 100% satisfied, just let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right by returning promptly to address any concerns.
Do I Need to Be Home During My Cleaning Appointment?
It’s completely up to you — you’re in control! If you work from home, we’ll come up with a plan that lets both you and our cleaning team get things done comfortably. If you’d rather head out while we clean, that’s totally fine too.
Will You Arrive at the Same Time for Every Cleaning Appointment?
We totally get that your time is valuable, and we’ll work with you to set up a regular cleaning day and time that fits your schedule! While we can’t always promise an exact arrival time — things like traffic and extra messy homes sometimes pop up — we’ll give you a 2-hour arrival window so you know when to expect us.
What Should I Do About My Pets During a Cleaning Appointment?
We love pets and are super comfortable around them! Our goal is to keep your furry friends happy and safe while we work our cleaning magic. We’re happy to follow your preferences — whether that means keeping your pets in a cozy, secure space or letting them roam free while we clean.
What Happens If My Regular Cleaning Falls on a Holiday?
No need to stress — we’re open for business during most national holidays! If your scheduled house cleaning happens to fall on a holiday we're closed for, we’ll reach out to you ahead of time to work out a new date that fits your schedule. If we can't find a good alternative, we'll simply skip that cleaning and pick back up on your next regular visit.
Who Brings the Cleaning Supplies for My Home Cleaning Appointment?
Don’t worry — we’ve got the cleaning supplies covered! Our team shows up with everything needed to make your home look amazing, except for a toilet brush (for sanitary reasons, we kindly ask you to provide that). We’re all about making your house cleaning service as easy and stress-free as possible.
How Should I Prepare for My Professional Cleaning Appointment?
To get the most out of your professional cleaning service, it's important to prepare your home beforehand. Be sure to communicate any special instructions, preferences, or important details such as pet arrangements, key access, or alarm codes with your cleaning company ahead of time.
